一、材料:虾300克、荔枝100克、菠萝250克、青椒50克、红椒50克、鸡蛋1个

二、调料:海天古道料酒15毫升、糖5克、胡椒粉3克、生粉15克、油50毫升

三、做法:

1.青椒、红椒洗净切片。荔枝洗净,去皮去核切块;菠萝洗净,去皮切块;

2.沙虾洗净去壳,加入白糖、胡椒粉、海天古道料酒、蛋清和生粉腌制片刻;热油锅,放入腌制好的虾仁油炸15秒后捞出沥干;


3.再开锅倒入青椒、红椒炒至断生,加入虾仁翻炒片刻后加入荔枝、菠萝快炒至匀,装盘即可。

荔枝与虾仁一同烹饪,既多了一份清新的果香,又减少了甜腻之感。
